Shipping & Ordering FAQs
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. However, we recommend ordering in quantities of 8 to keep shipping costs per product low. For institutional customers, we recommend purchasing by case.
How is bread delivered?
For retailers in the Milwaukee Metro area, deliveries can be scheduled for a nominal fee. Outside of Milwaukee, FedEx delivers our bread.
When do we ship?
We use FedEx Ground to ship throughout the week. If your order is not estimated to be delivered by Friday, we will wait until the following Monday to ship. You will receive an email notification that allows you to track your shipment. If you require shipping outside a two-day Ground radius, please call 262.547.1821 or 800.876.2253 to place an order.
How much does shipping cost?
We will estimate your shipping costs when you order. As a large account for FedEx, we pass on all shipping discounts to you. Recurring orders over $150/week receive free shipping.
When should I order?
Orders must be received by 11am Central Standard Time for guaranteed same day shipping if product is available. To assure product availability, order 2 business days early.
What is the Preferred Method of Ordering?
Order online in as little as 20 seconds. Visit cybrosbakery.com, go to “Place an Order” and enter the quantity you would like to purchase. Set up an online profile to store your information for easy future ordering. Online retail customers will receive a discount of $.50 per product purchased (already reflected in pricing). No web access? Call us at 262.547.1821 or 800.876.2253 to place an order.
How do I pay?
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
How should I care for the product?
For best results, start consuming immediately and refrigerate for a reasonable period of time (up to 2 weeks). If you do not plan to consume immediately, freeze the bread upon receipt.
What if the bread is defective?
Please report product defects within 24 hours of receipt. Sprouted grains respond differently to various environmental conditions so it is advised that you start consuming upon receipt, refrigerate unused bread, and freeze anything not intended for immediate consumption.
